AVR Association is a non-governmental and non-profit organization established in 2016, based in Măgurele, Prahova county, Romania. Founded by a multidisciplinary group of experts in economics, finance, public administration, geopolitics, and arts, AVR operates as a dynamic think tank and community catalyst.

Our core mission is to foster sustainable community growth by bridging the gap between local needs and international opportunities. We operate at the intersection of fundamental research and practical social intervention. Our methodology relies on a data-driven approach combined with grassroots activism, aiming to empower youth and resolve local challenges through innovation, research, and non-formal education.

The strategic objectives and activities of our association include:

• Non-Formal Education: Promoting and providing continuous learning programs, career guidance, and vocational counseling for young people.
• Transnational Cooperation: Fostering borderless partnerships and youth mobility at the European level.
• Civic Engagement: Encouraging participatory democracy, social entrepreneurship, and active European citizenship.
• Research & Dissemination: Publishing specialized studies, conducting social research, and organizing professional roundtables to ensure long-term impact.

AVR Association has a robust track record in managing complex initiatives focused on youth development and social capital. Our operational philosophy translates theoretical knowledge into practical life skills, particularly for youth facing geographical or economic obstacles.

Our expertise is strategically divided into three main pillars:

• Non-Formal Education & Human Capital: We design and implement continuing education programs that develop essential "Life Skills" (public speaking, critical thinking, adaptive creativity). We have a long-standing tradition of organizing intercultural seminars, summer schools, and networking events using advanced non-formal methods.
• Transnational Cooperation & Project Management: AVR acts as a reliable bridge for international partnerships. We possess the administrative and logistical capacity to navigate complex funding frameworks, having successfully implemented projects under Erasmus+, Active Citizen Fund, EEA Norway Grants, European Youth Together, Horizon 2020, and corporate grants.
• Environmental Advocacy & Green Transition: We are deeply committed to sustainability. Through highly impactful projects like "ECO World", "One Planet, One World. Be ECO!", and "Active Youth 4 Green Transitions", we translate environmental theory into practical action, teaching youth how to analyze their carbon footprint and implement sustainable logistics.

Our greatest asset is our multidisciplinary task force, comprising over 20 highly experienced professionals, academic experts, and dedicated youth workers. This collective intelligence allows us to approach youth work not merely as an educational activity, but as a complex social intervention.

• Strategic Management & Coordination: Led by Bogdan Dragomir (Founder & Project Director), an expert with a double degree in Economics and Law, specialized in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs. The senior coordination team includes Nusha Moldovan (PM Expert, 15+ years experience), Alexandru Dragomir, and Maria Ruxandra Ursa (PhD in Foreign Relations).
• Financial & Legal Compliance: Complex financial flows and budget transparency are strictly managed by Dana Modinga (Financial Expert, 12 years experience), supported by legal professionals Mihaela Dragomir and Oana Cretu, ensuring full compliance with international laws.
• Youth Work & Non-Formal Education: Field activities and group dynamics are guided by veteran youth workers including Alexandra Agiurgioaei, Catalin Sandu, Alexandra Dragomir, and Elena Fenic, ensuring an authentic, peer-to-peer learning process. Tatiana Moscu acts as our dedicated Communication Coordinator.
• Academic Support & Grassroots Energy: As a think tank, AVR collaborates with prominent academic figures (Prof. Silviu Negut (in memoriam), Marius Cristian Neacsu, Octavian Dragomir Jora) to ground our projects scientifically. Logistically, we are supported by a highly energetic grassroots team of young student-volunteers (Crina Licsandru, Eduard Fenic, Daria Hutanu, and many others) who represent our target audience.
